Andreas TAKIS is assistant professor at the Law School of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. He has been Secretary General for Migration Policy at the Ministry of Interior, Deputy Greek Ombudsman responsible for human rights and member of the National Commission for Human Rights. He is alternate member of the EU Fundamental Rights Agency. He has numerous publications and books in public law, moral and political theory and philosophy of law.
