Dr. Nakeema Stefflbauer is the founder and CEO of the FrauenLoop.org and the Techincolor.eu network of racially diverse tech leaders in Europe.

She holds MA and PhD degrees from Harvard University and an MBA from the Quantic School of Business and Technology. As a software executive in the USA and in Germany, she has led digital transformation projects in the areas of eLearning, eCommerce, fintech, insurtech and ERP for the public and private sectors. 

Dr. Stefflbauer writes and speaks about mitigating bias in artificial intelligence and venture capital and has presented on AI impact at the European Parliament, as well as for various German research organizations.
